This is a Rick Sternbach production drawing of Wesley Crusher's science project from "The Naked Now". The science project is a miniature tractor beam, which inspires the crew to build a larger tractor beam to save the Enterprise near the end of the episode.
Screencap from the episode where Wesley shows the science project to his mother.
