This head is made of foam latex. The nose looks to have been bitten off by a zombie. The hair has that wetted down with blood look and the whole thing really gives the impression of oozing. The seller told me that this head was purchased from Bill Hinzman (the first zombie in the graveyard in the cult classic Night of the Living Dead) almost a decade ago.
