From The Force Unleashed™, the next chapter in the Star Wars saga, this is General Rahm Kota's Armor. It was sculpted in clay, and cast in fiberglass and lightweight resin, then hand painted and weathered. It is part of the full costume, debuted at Dragon*Con 2008.
