"Today was a GOOD day!"
This is a stunt costume for Helfdane, played in the movie by Clive Russell. Helfdane was the second northman to join in the quest after Buliwyf. He survived both attacks on the village of King Hrothgar, but was presumably killed in the Wendol cave after staying behind to fight and allow the other warriors to flee.
This armor consists of urethane chest and shoulder armor with leather straps, brown leather pants, brown leather boots, a brown under shirt and a green cotton over shirt. Helfdane can be seen wearing this costume throughout the movie. The fake fur cloak was added and is not from the production of the film.
I originally purchased this set from Propstore in 2018, but sold it. It came back up for auction in 2026, and I purchased it back into my collection through Julien's Auctions.
It has both the Julien's and Propstore COA.
