This is a one of a kind prop made for the movie. From what we know, ONLY one of this album was made during production, and this match 100% with the screen used one.
One of the most rare item I ever seen.
This is a FULL album with 90% pages full of contents, letters, pictures, newspapers, documents never seen in the movie. It also contains the screenmatched THE SECRET LIES WITH CHARLOTTE. Very funny to go through all pages and documents thinked and created for the Gates Family.
