This is a woman's head that was crushed by a block of blue ice falling from the sky. Screen used and matched in SIX FEET UNDER.
For those wondering, blue ice is toilet water that leaks from jets, freezes, and breaks off in chunks, falling to earth. Made of solid silicone with acrylic eye and teeth with all hand punched hairs.
