This is a 2 piece outfit consisting of a Buffalo brand denim jacket, and a True Religion plaid shirt.
The shirt was worn in season 5 episode 6 - Kill The Messenger, while the denim jacket can be seen worn in multiple episodes.
The jacket also had some make-up items still in the pocket, I'm not entirely sure what they are but they are small cylindrical soft sponges with black ends, I'm guessing used for make-up touch-ups. I have included them in the image with the costume tag.
