A young ‘Bajoran’ village leader “Varis Sul” (Gina Phillips) negotiated a settlement between her village and a neighboring one in the tenuous time following the ‘Cardassian occupation’ during the episode “The Storyteller” of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
