This is one of my prized pieces. A wonderfully created Trojan Shield with the Trojan Horse on the front. Anotomiclly correct, its a boy. The leather straps are for hanging across the actor's shoulders or held with the left arm. The cresent shape was what they balanced the spears in. Along the edge of the cut out you can see where its worn from the spears. The cut out also conveniently fit on the actors while they were on the horses. Eric Bana can be seen numerous times carring this very style shield.
