This is a SFX bust from the 2005 horror film, Dracula III: Legacy. When Tommy (Gary J. Tunnicliffe) is turned into a vampire. Luke (Jason London) has to kill him and in doing so Tommy is splashed with holy water which results in an acidic mutation of his face.
The bust is crafted out of silicone over a fiberglass shell. The silicone head been extremely detailed down to every cut, wrinkle and hand punched eyebrow, eye lash and blonde fading hair. Additionally, the shoulders of the bust are covered with a navy blue, sfx crew t-shirt from special effect artist Gary Tunnicliffe's North Fork: Strange Creature and Weird Prosthetic. Best of all, there is a rubber tube extending out of the base of the bust, which would have been used during filming to shoot a foaming liquid substance through the multiple facial cuts.
