Instruments worn on the upper arm by the Tollan, an advanced humanoid race initially encountered by SG-1 in first season episode Enigma, whose technological superiority and isolationism made them arrogantly unfearful of the threat posed by the Goa'uld. Completely impervious to attempts at analysis by Stargate Command, these devices allow for various 'magical' abilities, such as walking through walls.
Static painted resin devices, attached to neoprene straps with plastic buckles. One is designed to strap just over the shoulder, and the other just above the elbow.
