Believed to appear in either the knife throwing act or the later scene in which James Bond [Roger Moore] is pinned to a door, FX Supervisor Ralph Richardson offered that it might have been secured to the back of 009 [Andy Bradford] at the opening scene of 'Octopussy' [1983].
