This is a fan-reproduction, made by me, of the original 22" filming model used during production of the series. These pics show its current stage of progress (spray can in pic is there simply as a size reference). After many hours of researching what pics are available online of both the 3/4-size exterior mock-up (as seen in the TOS episode "The Galileo Seven") and the filming miniature, I drew up my own set of blueprints and have worked from those for this scratch-build. Mainly comprised of sheet styrene and some acrylic (warp nacelles). There are still some components needing to made or completed.
