Still pinching myself on this acquisition!!!
Here is a production made Steve Rogers leather jacket from his "Rescue Cap" costume from CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE FIRST AVENGER.
From all the research I've done, I believe these leather jackets were custom made by the production.
I managed to source the exact authentic WWII military issued straps, ammo belt and grenade sling that the production sourced and had my girl Linda Guarise alter and redye the found components to match the same alterations production did to theirs.
The gloves are period and style correct replica paratrooper gloves just for display purposes (although need to be dyed a warmer and darker color but will do for now).
