Description:
A set of four original production-used embroidered uniform patches consisting of:
• Three screen-used Starfury pilot patches from Babylon 5, designed for and worn on the Starfury flight uniforms seen throughout the series.
• One screen-used uniform patch from Crusade, the short-lived spinoff series
Significance:
The Starfury pilot patches represent one of the most iconic EarthForce insignia designs from Babylon 5, frequently visible on flight suits worn by squadron pilots during combat and hangar sequences. The Crusade patch reflects the updated EarthForce/Excalibur-era aesthetic introduced for the follow-up series.
Collector’s Intent / Planned Integration:
The three Babylon 5 Starfury patches will be reunited with the screen-used Starfury uniform currently held in the collection. The Crusade patch will be paired with a screen-used Crusade uniform to re-create its original on-screen placement.
