This is a costume undershirt featured in the Star Trek: Voyager episode “Author, Author”; wherein “The Doctor” (Robert Picardo) sends his holonovel 'Photons Be Free' to Earth to be published, requests time for a rewrite, but is blatantly ignored by the publishers stating that they needn't abide by his wishes because he is “only a hologram”.
This costume component was worn on screen by Heather Young in her one and only appearance in Star Trek. She plays a nursing staff character in the Doctors/s holonovel aboard the Starship 'Vortex' and only appeared very briefly on screen. Two sewn-in Voyager tags with "Heather Young" are attached to the costume.
This costume component was included with a sciences blue Voyager costume auction lot through It's A Wrap! though that costume was for a different character (Megan Delaney) and actress and episode.
A screen-cap is provided for reference.
