A severed head used in the Jake Gyllenhaal action adventure movie Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. This gruesome piece was used during one of the epic battle sequences when one of the unfortunate soldiers had their head chopped off in the action. The main body of the head is made from foam painted a dark olive skin colour with faux goatee beard and eyebrows and green turban, then the neck has been created from silicone to give it a really fresh gooey appearance from right below the chin and coloured various shades of red and white to make it look incredibly realistic. It is covered in pieces of dirt and grit from rolling around on the sandy set and is a cool SFX piece from the movie.
