This is the store owner’s (Ron Small) severed head from Children of the Corn: Revelation (2001). The head is crafted from silicone, with hand punched hair, glass eyes and acrylic teeth. The severed neck has been made to look gruesome and bloody. It is in a great production used condition. The head came with an incorrect COA that says that the head was used during the production of Hellraiser: Hellseeker.
