Cardinal Giovanni’s (Thom Fell) severed head used in the immortal action sequel Highlander: The Source. The head can be seen being severed when Giovanni escapes and takes the sword, hoping to be ‘The One’ to defeat the Guardian, who after he manages to escape, promptly decapitates him. The two sections (head and shoulders) are both made from sillicone covered foam, the head piece has an internal metal support, blond wig, blond eyebrows and eylashes, and plastic blue eyes. The ‘severed’ sections both have a gruesome red colouring across the wound the head still has dirt on the face from falling to the floor during various takes.
