This is a mass-produced, commercial replica of the Science Tricorder as seen in the original series. This particular version of the early Tricorder was the one most commonly seen on screen, more so than either the Medical or Geological versions. Made by Diamond Select Toys/Art Asylum earlier in 2012, this is made of mold-injected styrene. The second pic shows the bottom compartment, where the hand-held scanner is stored. Also features an adjustable shoulder strap.
