This is an original production-made San Cordova / Riva Sentel postage stamp sheet from S3 E7 'The Elixir,' first aired on November 24, 1968.
Several of these sheets can be seen on Jim Phelps' desk early in the episode.
There is also a larger single prop stamp that was probably made for a close-up insert shot.
