Vintage base shoe, size 5B, white kid leather lining & custom INNES SHOE CO. stamp on right instep, #7 JUDY GARLAND written on the lining of each shoe- these are designed after "The Witch's Shoes". Red enameled soles. Custom dyed silk organza overlays. Individually hand-sewn 3/16" metallic blood red sequins.
