The original was broken and missing one of the two pieces that attached higher on the actresses head.This is an "in-process" shot of the replacement, missing part. One of the four plastic "vanes" was missing from the main tube that attaches to the forehead.
I traced the acrylic original on to a model car windshield to create a replacement.
