This is the sword Rayne (Kristanna Loken) is using when she is practice-fighting with Katarin (Michelle Rodriguez). It's an aluminum sword (not sharp) with a leather-wrapped handle. It has little dents all along the edges caused by Katarin's sword while filming the scene. Here's some screen shots of the practice battle, and a slightly angled shot of the sword so you can see the 'teeth' that are cut into the cross guard.
