This is a fan-made replica of the protoplaser which was made for but apparently not used on screen. Build comprised of polished Onyx resin and machined aluminum plant-ons. Like the maker\'s Version 2.0 of his medical scanner, this features recessed areas to better hold the aluminum plant-ons in place (I helped contribute to the R&D for this).
