This is a 5 page production memo from the Star Trek: The Original Series episode 'Journey to Babel'.
It is dated August 24, 1967, and is from Bob Justman to Gene Coon. Carbon copies went to Gene Roddenberry, and D.C. Fontana.
The content is regarding the yellow cover script for 'Journey to Babel' by D.C. Fontana and covers many proposed changes to the script including the cutting of several scenes and other various trims.
I acquired it some years ago on eBay.
It was originally part of a larger lot (#721) of memos and other papers sold through auction 32 of Profiles In History.
