In the Fox series PRISON BREAK, Season 1 episode "FLIGHT"- having just escaped from Fox River Penitentiary, the "Fox River Eight" is on the run in the backwoods near Joliet, Illinois. Escapee/serial killer Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell, afraid that he will be killed (or worse) by fellow inmate/T-Bag hater John Abruzzi, handcuffs himself to leader Michael Scofield. In a fit of rage, Abruzzi chops off Bagwell's cuffed hand with an axe, seriously wounding him and leaving him for dead. Despite this, Bagwell survives and eludes capture. T-Bag's last scene of the first season features the character staggering through the woods with his severed hand tucked into his armpit, police and helicopters hot in pursuit. This is the bloody undershirt T-Bag is wearing as he runs into the night, seen in the screen grab I have included. I also have T-bag's chopped off hand prop, which you can see on my collection link below.
"T-Bag" is played by fabulous actor Robert Knepper.
