Here is more info Ross provided me via email: "...the insert documents are a mix of things created from scratch, altered real documents, and reproductions of historic documents. That's pretty much the story for the book pages as well - some pages were created from scratch, some were altered, some are facsimiles reproduced from actual presidential papers... We created a lot more new material than we needed  for the on-screen entries, no pages are repeated, and as I mention on my site, it contains entries from most of the presidents..." - Ross PICTURES:  First image is of The President's Book of Secrets made by Ross MacDonald Second Image is of the Certificate of Authenticity that came with the Book, and autographed by Ross MacDonald Third image is an extra item on the side that Ross included Fourth image is an autographed image of Ross MacDonald that was included Fifth image is an additional item Ross included
