Acquired by the production for use in the television series Alien Nation (1989–1990), this is a complete four-piece police uniform ensemble. It includes:
• Shirt: Navy blue, long-sleeve, button-down shirt with two chest flap pockets. A patch is sewn onto the left sleeve, depicting an eagle with outstretched wings and a red, white, and blue shield at the center. The text above reads “POLICE / DEPT.” Shirt size is marked “14 2 2.”
• Pants: Black polyester uniform pants, size 34R. The number “34” is handwritten on the interior waistband and on the manufacturer’s tag. Features four pockets on the seat.
• Necktie: Black clip-on tie. The label on the reverse reads: “UNIFORMS INC. / POLYESTER/WOOL / MADE IN THE U.S.A. / POD #PN1-026.”
• Belts (2):
• Black leather belt with silver-tone square buckle. Stamped on the reverse: “Raggs” and “34.”
• Additional black bonded leather belt with silver-tone square buckle. Marked “36 Top Grade / BONDED LEATHER” and “36.”
