This is an arm of a medical droid used in the Vader construction sequence at the end of ROTS.The droid only had one arm with a claw so this can be matched as the one that attaches Vader's new right leg at the beginning of this sequence.I am just blown away to have a screenmatched piece from one of my favourite films and one of my favourite and in my opinion one of the most iconic and memorable Star Wars moments-the birth of Darth Vader as the monster in the armour.There were very few physical full-scale models built as most of it was CG so this is a great find.It is constructed of a lightweight plastic but has fantastic detailing right down to the detailing on the screws on the claw joint in the armHere you can see this arm being used in the scene.
