This was seen on the bow of the sunken Orca in the opening scene of Jaws 2. There was no such plaque on the original Orca (Jaws), but the filmmakers felt it was necessary to establish that this was the same boat from the original film, so this was made for that purpose. Immediately after finding this name plate, the two divers are killed by the shark.
