Used in "The Assignment" (S05E05) when the pah-wraith possessed Keiko and forces Chief O'Brien to help her reconfigure an Optronic Integrator. Barely seen while Miles is in the access tunnel & asks the computer where Keiko O'Brien is. The original cut had more scenes but were later cut from the episode.
