This is an Ometepe Buff from season 22 of Survivor - Redemption Island, Ometepe was the dominant force in the game only having to vote out 3 players against Zapatera's 4 prior to the merge giving Ometepe the edge in the game come the merge.
The Tribe consisted of Francesca, Kristina, Matt, Grant, Andrea, Ashley, Natalie, Philip and head mastermind Boston Rob who went on to win this season.
This buff features an Hawk as the logo.
