At the beginning of The Temple of Doom, Indy meets with Lao Che at his Club Obi-Wan. The Chinese gangster was willing to trade a diamond for a jade funerary urn containing the ashes of the emperor Nurhachi. This Nurhachi Urn raw resin replica is a true masterpiece from the Azuma-run. The lid is also removable and the inner part of the urn is hollow. Painted with several layers of high quality acrylics and finally clear coated to give the urn a shiny look to match the original movie prop. This one is painted by an painting artist who is working for an art dept in a studio. And his daily job is painting props for TV commercials. This painted replica is based on the colors of the Nurhachi Urn which was depicted in the Lucasfilm Archives book. Andyana Jones
