This is A Murlonio Challenge flag from season 22 of Survivor - Redemption Island, this season brought back 2 previous contestants and the redemption island twist where a contestant gets a 2nd chance to win the million dollars.
The challenge flag is in the merge tribes colours (black) and features a different pattern to the Ometepe and Zapatera challenge flags. This was used at all the challenges/Immunities after the merge.
