This is my custom-made replica of Leslie Vernon’s overalls from Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon.
My main goal was to achieve a hyper-realistic, "screen-used" look. I used Vallejo Black 69 as a base and performed an aggressive multi-layered sanding process to distress the fabric fibers, revealing the greyish, dusty undertones seen in the film.
The wear and tear, including the holes, were strategically placed to match original movie stills, focusing on organic and natural deterioration. There are no fake paint splatters here just pure texture and grit to bring the character to life.
