Hunger Game fans get ready! This is a holster and gun used by actress Michelle Forbes in the climatic finale to the hit series The Hunger Games! Used in Mockagingjay Part: Two as apart of Lieutenant Jackson's military styled uniform. As you can see in the photos above, this piece was heavily used in production. The hard plastic holster shows heavy wear with multiple scratches on the buckles and straps around the holster. Also from what I'am assuming can only be dirt from fallen dust, seems to have settled along some of the hard plastic parts of the holster.
The gun however is made of foam and is painted to look like a real weapon. Foam weapons are widely used in film making. The gun itself shows heavy wear and tear as some of the thick paint has fallen off, particularly at the top where the holster laches over the gun for security.
This is by far one of my favoorte pieces from my memorabilia collection.
