Utensils used in the mess hall, as well as Captain Archer's mess, on the "USS Enterprise". These same utensils were used in the mess hall on the "USS Voyager" in "Star Trek-Voyager", and on the "Discovery" in "2001 A Space Odyssey". This place setting is the "AJ" pattern made by Georg Jensen.
