Helmet liner was pre bullet, used in episode 7 up until Snafu was nearly killed when he was a stretcher bearer at the front with Sledge taking Hillbilly off the mountainside. You can see it clearly especially in taking the bunker all markings match. The socks were used earlier in episode 7 where Snafu is sitting down and a Seabee walks up to the the group and asks if anybody has a jap sword. In the background you can see Snafu pulling off the socks.Helmet liner used in scene.
