This is Selene's (Selene Luna) punctured head from the 2009 slasher movie My Bloody Valentine. This owner of a rundown motel is searching for her dog when she gets a pickaxe through her head. This bust was used for a shot in which she is first impaled by the pickaxe; her head rises into frame with the spike sticking out of the top. This bust is made of a silicone exterior molded around a foam core. The facial structure and features are crafted from the silicone to exactly resemble Selene's features, painted a flesh color, with red lips, blue eye shadow, and white teeth. There are hand-punched eyebrows and eyelashes; the hair is a wig, glued on to the head. Coming out of the top of the head is a hard rubber spike, painted dark brown, the color of the pickaxe used in the film. There is fake blood surrounding the wound. The foam is exposed below the head because that part of the bust was not seen in the film.
