This is the screen matched prop rat from the 2014 film Dumb and Dumber To. The prop has an opening on the underside, revealing internal electronics and can be seen during the film when Harry Dune (Jeff Daniels) fantasizes about what it would have been like to be a father, Lloyd Christmas (Jim Carrey) can be seen riffling through garbage, holding this twitching rat prop in his mouth.
