This is a replica of the license plate from Marty's Toyota truck. The truck seen at the end of the first movie had a different license plate number.
The opening scenes of Part II as seen at the end of the first movie had to be reshot because Jennifer was recast in the sequel.
Second photo is a screencap from BTTF II showing the original prop license plate on the truck.
