Here is a representative specimen of my Klingon Bloodwine mugs. It started its life as a 1 quart, commercial, heavy-gauge, aluminum measuring cup with a large riveted handle. It measures 5" height x 4" base diameter (5" diameter at the upper lip). On the bottom it features a makers mark of a "JR" with a crown and states it was made in India. Its durability will surely shine through many nights of celebratory Bloodwine toastings. Qapla'!Description of Bloodwine from Memory Alpha:"Bloodwine was a popular alcoholic beverage among the Klingons, best served warm. As with many Klingon foods and beverages, it was not for the faint of heart. Bloodwine was known to be highly intoxicating, to the point that most non-Klingons were scarcely capable of tolerating it; it was twice as potent as whiskey."
