This replica consists of an antiqued soldered brass buckle pendant and a cable chain of scavenged electrical components (including an octal tube socket and hand-wound copper wire coils).
In the film it appears that (in some scenes at least) there is a subtle grey suede or felt backing material behind the electrical wires and parts. I prefer the look without comfortable 'padding'. It may not be entirely screen accurate but it is truer to Khan's rebel survivor personality.
