This is the head and upper body of Jim Halsey (Zachary Knighton) used in the 2007 horror film The Hitcher. This item can be seen toward the end of the film as Halsey is chained between a semi-truck and trailer by John Ryder (Sean Bean) then gruesomely ripped apart by the psycho killer. The piece is made of silicone with a wire metal skeleton and foam interior.
