Jason makeup appliance worn by Kane Hodder in Friday the 13th Part 8: Jason Takes Manhattan. Worn throughout most if not all of filming up to the end of the movie where he removes his mask after getting hit with toxic waste. Don't have photos but the makeup appliance most notably screen matches to when he lifts his mask up when confronted by the punks, so this definitely did make it to Manhattan and not just Vancouver.
