Jadzia Dax's (Terry Farrell) Starfleet uniform from Star Trek: Deep Space 9. Dax served as the science officer aboard the Deep Space 9 station and wore this uniform in the show’s fifth and sixth seasons.
The costume consists of a Starfleet jumpsuit made of black material with grey quilted shoulders and a green bodysuit. The jumpsuit features loops for securing hip pouches and a Velcro patch on the left breast for securing a Starfleet communicator. Green “Science Division” piping is attached at the wrist. The green bodysuit is made from lightweight elastic material featuring a zip running along the back. The costume features labels throughout reading “Deep Space Nine, Terry Farrell”
