This is an exact replica of Indiana Jones Hat in Indy 4.
It is made by Marc Kitter. One of the two guys from Adventurebilt Hat Co. who makes the Hats for the Film.
This Hat was the master to remake the Indy 4 Hat for "the Henry"!
