Batter up!
Griff pulls out an adjustable telescoping bat when Marty (posing as Marty Jr.) pushes back against the bully. Playing on the recurring 'junior' theme, Griff's bat is endorsed by the son of slugger Kirk Gibson, himself well-known at the time of the movie's release for his game-winning come-from-behind home run in the 1988 World Series. There actually is a Kirk Gibson Jr., although he was only age 13 in the year 2000.
Static replica, fixed in extended position. Materials and prop maker not identified.
