This is a green serum vial from the television show, FRINGE. This was from the second episode in Season 1, "The Same Old Story". The episode was written by executive producer Jeff Pinkner and co-creators J. J. Abrams, Alex Kurtzman, and Roberto Orci.
I included screen captures to show the actual vial in use.
